Only about ten minutes by car away from the kilometres long sandy beach and only a few minutes away from the centre of the village you can enjoy absolute quietness on the patio, the cool shade under the ”Portico” or the warming fire in the open fireplace.

The approximately 100 sqm large apartment in the attic offers with three bedrooms with double-beds enough space for up to seven persons. In the living-room and in the kitchen the open fireplace ensures a comfortable atmosphere also during the cooler seasons. The modern wooden kitchen is completely equipped. Apart from the modern bathroom with shower and washing-machine there is a nice patio with a shade giving Portico from where you have a marvellous view over the medieval town-centre of Casal Velino and the whole Gulf of Velia up to the Cape of Palinuro.

The 70 sqm apartment on the ground floor offers a spacious living-room with a double sleeping-sofa and open fireplace, a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed, a modern bathroom with shower and washing-machine as well as a roofed patio with Portico for up to four persons.
For both apartments there are parking places on the fenced premises.
