The two apartments for up to 4 / 7 persons are newly furnished, offer a modern and completely equipped kitchen-living room and tasteful bathrooms with washing machines. The apartment on the ground floor is about 90 sqm and provides two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. A further bedroom with another double bed with own bathroom is separated from the apartment by a door and can be used additionally on request.
The apartment in the upper storey has two bedrooms with double beds. The house was built in 2002 and fits harmonically into the landscape. The apartments are modern and lovely furnished. The two terraces are very large, furnished and have a parasol. There are parking places directly at the house. The ”Casa Uliveto” can be reached via a gravel road. The estate ”Zio Cristoforo” with its extraordinary restaurant with a panorama terrace can be reached by foot through an olive-grove within minutes.
